새로운 개념의 손목시계, Sektorus watch

 

이 손목 시계는 Lebedev Studio의 컨셉츄얼 디자인으로서, 여러가지 특징이 눈길을 끈다.

우선 알루미늄 시계 본체와 실리콘 밴드가 일체로 만들어져 있고,

전면이 통상의 원형 문자판이 아닌 두 개의 대칭 배치된 쐐기형 문자판으로 이루어져 있다. 한쪽은 시간, 다른 쪽은 분과 초를 나타낸다.

작은 원형 문자 표시는 날짜.

 

아래 그림에서 보면 현재 시간은 6시 45분 30초.

The ergonomics prove defective right away: the watch fits poorly making the band too short.

Reshaping the body and the band.

Designing a pattern for the underside of the band.

Modeling the watch in three positions: sitting on a flat surface, band is relaxed, and all buckled.
